Terms and Conditions for Use of the winrm9 Platform

1 Interpretation and Definitions

In this document, the following terms carry the meanings stated below, unless the context of the sentence requires a different interpretation:

• "Platform" means the winrm9 website and all related services accessible through the official domain winrm9.one.
• "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered and holds an active account at winrm9.
• "Account" means a player profile officially registered on the winrm9 platform.
• "Account Balance" refers to the total funds available in a player's account at any given time, including cash and eligible bonuses.

8 Account Closure and Suspension

Players may close their account at any time by contacting the winrm9 customer support team via live chat or email. Before closure is processed, any eligible cash balance will be returned to the player via the original payment method.

• Violation of any term in this document
